Refund Eligibility Conditions

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for Infera-Block consulting services or digital programs in the following situations:

  • Service Inconsistency: If the content of the provided consultation or program significantly differs from the plan stated on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Technical Malfunctions: In case of critical issues on the Infera-Block platform that make it impossible to access paid materials and were not resolved by our support team within 3 working days.
  • Cooling-off Period Withdrawal: In accordance with UK legislation, you have the right to cancel a service within 14 calendar days of payment, provided you have not yet accessed digital materials or the service has not yet been rendered.

Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email and send it to our official address: [email protected].
  2. In the subject line, specify: "Refund Request".
  3. Include in the email: your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and the name of the selected service/program.
  4. Provide a detailed description of the reason for the request, referring to the refund eligibility conditions.
  5. Our support team will review the application within 48 hours and contact you for confirmation.

Refund Timing and Method

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned using the same method used for the original payment (to the same bank card or account). Please note that the actual credit time depends on your bank's regulations.

Exceptions and Limitations

A refund cannot be issued if:

  • The request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
  • The service (consultation or resume audit) has already been fully rendered.
  • You have viewed or downloaded more than 50% of the digital program materials, regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.
  • The inability to complete training is due to technical problems on your side (lack of internet, incompatible software).

Infera-Block reserves the right to make changes to this Return Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site in 2026 after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
